5 speed f150 trade for suv or 4 door truck

1997 f150 with a 4.6L and a 5 speed manual trans..just over 200k but still runs and shifts great. brand new 31 inch goodyear all teraine tires i got in feburary. the body is pretty rough from rust and the driver door does not line up right since it was hit. i have a baby on the way and need something with 4 doors that will still tow a trailer. suv or 4 door truck.
